That function file is generated automatically by a python script from
an ascii table of values available here
http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Constants/Table/allascii.txt. However, the
file changed slightly which broke the script (the script runs ok but
if run test physical_constant on octave, the generated file is wrong.
Some of the columns are too long on the ASCII table). I have mailed
the guys that provide the ASCII table to fix it or to give me some
rules on how to parse it properly.
