Well, the way I see it, the minor number is for bug fix releases. This
release actually adds news functions and deprecates a few more so I'd
say you made a good call. But this is more dependent on the package
maintainer, other peple have other visions.

I don't think that's correct, it should be date of the release.

On the NEWS file of struct, it says the NEWS are for 1.1.0 but the
release you made was 1.0.10. I already fixed this on the repository as
well. There was a bunch of .svnignore files on both packages. I have
also removed them all before uploading them.

I was not aware that matlab complained about a 'end' closing a
function file, that's really weird (well I never used matlab). Sorry
