This has been enabled globally in .dev, so you might see packages
failing with:

| CROSS COMPILE Badness: /usr/include in INCLUDEPATH: /usr/include/libxml2

Holger and I verified that {opie,gpe,e}-image build, and we'll try to
find all badness in OE as part of our never ending QA battle :)
