[This is a followon to a thread on OpenTAPS General Users Discussion:

The default settings for driver name and URL in the localmssql section of
entityengine.xml are wrong for my platform, and given their nature I suspect
they are wrong for earlier versions of SQL Server and MS JDBC driver as well.
After some experimentation, I can contributed the corrected settings.
