Attachment: 1572185.patch
The attached patch fixes the two relevant parameters, assuming a typical setup
of username, password, dbname all = to 'ofbiz', as is the norm with other DBs.
I also included a comment section which gives tips to avoid major time wasting
issues specific to JDBC connection to SQL Server. Please feel free to move
these comments to somewhere else if you feel it would be more appropriate.
