Rafik, thanks so much for taking such an active interest in the project and spending some of your free time on these logo treatments.

When thinking about using either of the logos that you proposed - I believe that there is a less than optimal use of space that may make the logo difficult to place on the site. On the other treatment, the use of the feather is a little bit more inline with other Apache project, but the rearrangement of the text changes some of the connotation.

Just my two cents and thanks again for contributing.

Cheers,
Tim

-----------------------------------------

                Key: OFBIZ-11
                URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-11
Project: OFBiz (The Open for Business Project)
         Issue Type: Improvement
         Components: framework
           Reporter: Hans Bakker
        Assigned To: Jacques Le Roux
           Priority: Minor
        Attachments: blueSkin.patch, blueSkin.patch, khakiSkin.patch,
khakiSkin.patch, ofbiz.ico, ofbiz.ico, ofbiz.ico, ofbiz_logo.jpg,
ofbiz_powered.gif, ofbizApache.jpg, OFBizLogo.png, OFBizLogo.png

to make the ofbiz site a little nicer and show a favicon:
add the attached favicon to the website/images directory and add the following line to the header of index.html:
    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.ico"/>
perhaps you can it also the /images directory and add the above line to the header.ftl in the common directory?
i could not generate a diff file for this......favicon.ico attached.
