Today I'm going to solicit help from the Infrastructure guys to complete
the migration out of Incubator.
Since we are still waiting for the creation of the new mailing lists, I
think that it would be a good moment to ask for these changes by adding
a comment here:

I have been doing OFBiz mailing list moderation for a while (along
with the ubiquitous David Jones), but now that you're your own top
level project, I would really like to let someone else take my place.
Also, I think it would be wise to decide on a policy for moderation as
a group. David J seems to be of the idea to not accept messages from
non-subscribers, which is fine, but at that point perhaps we could
simply let the mailing list software do the job? I guess you'd have
to ask the infrastructure team as well...
