I've contacted both their postmasters with no response yet...
The Prudential one appears to be a now invalid email address so
someone needs to remove it form the list subscriptiont... The
other is a person suffering from temporary iq-deficiency and
decided to autoreply without removing themselves from their
mailing lists.
(I'm assuming it's temporary deficiency based on the technical
nature of this list ;))
