MacroMedia Dreamweaver is my favourite web editing tool for standard HTML
pages. Especially good if looking to incorporate Flash media as made by same
company. I think its a good tool, not difficult to use, built in
help/demos/tutorials etc are exceptional.
The only thing I would say is that if you were looking at ASP, I prefer
Homesite.
But thats just my opinion.
