The only reason they need any browser installed above IE2 (I installed Win95
SR1 CD on another machine yesterday and it installed IE2 with the OS) is
that Delphi comes with the TWebBrowser_V1 OCX which of course is IE3. The
machines do not run any other software and the HTML that is displayed is
just basic, not DHTML or anything flash, or even Javascript which IE3 is
fairly useless at.
