Congratulations you just sent a 181kb message to everyone on the list. at 100
members that's 18mb for the list server to process... Don't send attachments to
the list. Instead send either directly to recipients who request the files or upload
the file to ftp.delphi.org.nz and let everyone on the list know it's there...
