using Xtra, I figure it is important.

Since Xtra has all you can eat for 39.95 several of the locals here have
been complaining of regular non-existant periods of data throughput, or
extremely slow.
When I called Xtra, I was advised I was only one of two folks who had
mentioned this to the operator. He advised that they need to get some
demographics before they can figure out what and if anything needs to be
fixed.
Please answer the following questions:
My local area is:
(If you get error messages) I get the following error message:
I regularly get no data throughput, or extremely slow: Y/N
In the past, I have had much better connection speeds: Y/N
Xtra accepts my login, but often does not do mail or browsing for some time
after login: Y/N
My telephone line has recently been checked: Y/N
These problems seem to be since $39.95 was introduced: Y/N
