Hi all. This is very offtopic, but since quite a few in our DUG will be using Xtra, I figure it is important. Dont answer this via the group please. When I called Xtra, I was advised I was only one of two folks who had mentioned this to the operator. He advised that they need to get some demographics before they can figure out what and if anything needs to be fixed.
