One thing I -really- love is PHP's annotated documentation. It's their
language manual, with user comments included. And users can continually

I don't really know you're product (hides in shame) but if usage is high,
and theirs several distinct different areas your product is used, maybe
news-server could be handy, with different groups for the main areas of
interest, i.e. announce, beta, general, end-user etc. etc.
