---We use Rationals Clear Quest. It is quite good, and quite configurable,
i.e. it allows sql scripts to be written for each user to show ONLY their
bugs etc. as well as charts etc.
I am pretty sure it uses VBA for some of the backgroud scripting, and hte
new version includes PERL too so I hear.
