I'll add some raving in support of this wonderful beastie.

I've got big hands so the extra size is a real help is keeping my right
hand comfortably placed on the mouse. The MS Intellimouse (not Explorer)
version is just like the old MS Mouse 2.0 but with the optical innards and
may be a better buy for people with small hands.

I'll also add in a rave for the new mouse driver software that allows
mouse button reassignment, because in addition to the usual two main
buttons, and a spinner/button the MS Intellimouse Explorer has two extra
thumb buttons that can be assigned a variety useful clicks. My favourite
setup is the larger thumb button configured for double click (saves on
index finger wiggling and is more accurate) and the little thumb button
set to F5 for fast refreshes in MS Explorer.

This is probably the best low cost techie gift that you can buy yourself
or a techie friend/companion this Christmas 8-)

Cheers, Max.
