We use FreeVCS... (www.thensle.de)
We use it between 4 developers and it has served us well... The only
slightly annoying thing is that it requires all developers to have the
same source code directory tree for projects worked on by the same
people.
We simply do this by using the Subst command on windows start-up, making
the W drive (for example) look the same on all developers systems.
