I have a real odd problem that I do not know where to start on - I cannot send any email using Windows Live Mail (Windows 7) and xtra broadband to an address in ASB bank. Emails just never get there.
I have had odd problems with Windows Live Mail flagging the most innocuous incoming messages as Spam, or even trying to block reading them (eg some like the Delphi list emails), but it has never failed to deliver them before. A test message from gmail did arrive at ASB. The only thing I noticed is that unusually the email address has capital letters in it, eg [email protected] Any ideas where to start troubleshooting as there clearly is a problem at my end or theirs. Also would like to know other emails I send do arrive and do not disappear into the ether.
