Hi,

That would be the DFM file, not the PAS file. PAS file is the source
code file, the DFM is the form description file. You would expect the
PAS file to have 'begin' in it.

Doesn't delphi have an option to save Pas files as text or binary.  My 
guess is yours are set to binary :)
