Any suggestions for good tools for writing a simple web site for someone not afraid of basic hand coding in HTML? So far I have used just EditPLus (Which has built in syntax highlighting for HTML and Delphi) with simple style sheet, but want something a bit flasher...
Even some site templates would be useful... I have looked at a few, eg Google toolkit http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/ Also http://www.openwebdesign.org/ Modx http://www.modxcms.com/ And Moodle.... But haven't tried any in great detail yet. In an ideal world I would write everything in Delphi.... Any recommendations?
