I have two Serial ATA hard drives (not in an array - just set up as two drives) that are overheating - which according to HDD Health means that they are possibly going to fail in the near future.

1) Is there a sure fire way to confirm they are on their way out?
2) If I purchase two replacement drives, what is the most pain-free way of getting my current setup on to the new drives without having to reinstall everything?

Cheers,
Phil.
