We tried for a while to have an "agenda meeting" with the chair, vice- chair and secretary but it didn't hold together that well. Generally we have just made a bag of items and if they looked in the wrong order at the start of the meeting rejigged them, or deferred them if they weren't "cooked" enough for a summary discussion. Where possible my chairing style has been "informality with pace" this last year. Michelle: I don't understand item 6, which I think you added. Please can you explain it? S.
