Yes Glynn - I understand exactly what you mean by that last sentance! 
And, believe me, I appreciate all the time/energy you've given to the 
OGB over the last year.  2007 has been a particularly difficult year 
to be an OGB member...  As I've said before - it's a thankless task 
for the most part - and it seems that people are more willing to put 
the time/effort into telling you what's wrong, rather than putting the 
same time/effort into making it better!
