OGB elect, Wasting no time getting started, I'd like to start planning for the first board meeting of this new term. We take office on 1-April (oh, the irony), and if we follow the regular meeting schedule, our first meeting will be in less than a week, on Wed, 2-April. I've started working on a strawman agenda:

I'd like to get consensus from the board members elect for an initial 2-hour meeting (noon - 2pm PDT) on Wed, 2 April to give us time to get to know each other and to work out our internal organization. I'd also like to formally invite the outgoing board members, Tim Cramer and William Franklin to the meeting. -John
