Not to be a wet blanket, but didn't our tools community select
BugZilla for good reasons?

Do we really want yet another tracking system?

I know that technically BugZilla was selected for software defect
tracking, but since Trac overlaps completely in functionality (and
provides a lot more), I'm a little surprised by this suggestion.
