Jim,

I respectfully remind you of the concept of sunk costs.

Roy Fielding resigning made me realize there's a lot going on that the
common observer doesn't see. This does not bode well for the project(s).
Unless SMI somehow makes it right to the community, I foresee either
mass-abandonment or forking.

And since Project Emancipation has not completed its goals, a true fork is
unlikely.

I think everybody needs to take a few days to cool off and evaluate their
commitment.
