Hi, Chris ... I just don't see it that way. :) I recognize the problems, but I'm not willing to let those problems cloud the other things I see as well -- the overwhelming excitement and support from new users, the user groups, the university engineering students in China and India, etc. The OpenSolaris Community is not represented /only/ by the people on this site talking on these lists about these issues. The meta community is (potentially, anyway) much bigger than that, and many people are dealing with issues this community on opensolairs.org doesn't have to deal with. So, I agree with you that there is a lot going on that the common observer doesn't see. And a lot of what is going on is quite positive. It's a very, very big world.
