Me too Tim, and it seems Sun has some rights to some of the UNIX 
copyrights, from the SCO deal around 2003/2004.

It is UNIX for the most part, so having OpenUNIX makes entire sense to me.

If distributions became users of OpenUNIX, it seems to make sense. I just 
don't know if we can use the name or not, IANAL.
