I certainly spend more than 1hr/week just reading all of the
OpenSolaris mailing lists.  =)

Judging from my experiences with Apache, each Director probably spends
5hrs/wk at an absolute minimum.  Some of us go substantially higher -
but Apache is a far larger beast than OpenSolaris; but we're also a
lot more mature and stable than OpenSolaris - so there's a tradeoff
there as OpenSolaris needs to mature and find itself.

So, I think if someone can't commit 5hrs/wk at a minimum, they
probably won't have a realistic chance to be able to get the job done.
 If you show up at a meeting unprepared or not having done your due
diligence, it shows.  We are very blessed in Apache to have 9 folks
who do the job in an incredible manner.  -- justin
