I've poked at this area in the past, and sent out some inquiries, but it's an area that requires more than basic knowledge. If someone wants to specify what we would have to run and on what and with what amount of bandwidth, I can get answers on feasibility. (Similarly for providing a more capable conference call than standard as well.)
