Agreed. I don't think long descriptions are needed, just a 1-sentence description so readers will know if the project is something they are interested in and link is worth clicking on. Something like: "This project is about providing busybox equivalent on OpenSolaris. Busybox provides cut-down replacements of most of the GNU fileutils and shellutils suitable for use in embedded appliances. For more details, see www.busybox.net." Hugh.
