Hi, FWIW, I like the previous suggestion about outlining roles as opposed to assigning people. That seems to make more sense for a long-term process description.
One other point: It is the responsibility of project leaders to be sure participants have SCAs on file prior to submitting contributions to the particular project. I'm thinking it would be helpful to include mention of that responsibility in this process description. Thanks. Bonnie
