I'm curious what this all means exactly. Do we have a problem with our LDoms 
community CC grants?

Thanks for the new auth screens; much easier.

My request at this point is sort of the opposite of the above: I think the
electorate assignments I've checked are correct. However, for the following
communities:

hpcdev
ldoms
observability
printing

the correction process has left the community leaderless. I suggest that
making all CCs leaders in those cases would allow those communities to
actually manage themselves. (And if they want to change the list of leaders
they can do so - at the moment they're stuck. And adding all the CCs as
leaders and then handing over control is probably easier than trying to
work out the leader list.)

I think the same is true for the distribution community as well, although
John Plocher may wish to advise on that one.

Does this message serve as an adequate request, or do you want me
to log a bug? (Although I couldn't spot an obvious category to file it
under.)
