No need for fuss at all. List admins occasionally go on vacations, they leave the community (or Sun), they don`t fully understand their responsibilities, they lost interest, etc. All quite normal with 350 lists. It just takes a couple of emails to determine the issue and then I add admins and/or moderators or replace admins/moderators. It`s easy. I do it all the time.
