You've not responded to Jim's point though, which I agree with. To be  
clear, we need to:
* Create an OGB calendar, collectively, reflecting agreed decisions.  
Since there aren't many of those, that should be pretty easy!
* Discuss and vote on it at an OGB meeting so it becomes official.
* From then on, add to it by mutual agreement and/or OGB meeting  
motion, not by fiat.

It's fantastic that you're so full of enthusiasm and energy for the  
things you want to do, but we've already noted that we're not  
collectively aligned and we need to make sure we build trust rather  
than letting that energy run away without it.
