This assumes that Sun stands by that decision that chartering the 
OpenSolaris community in the way that it is currently scoped is 
beneficial and necessary for Sun to remain competitive.

As with any business decision, these things evolve and change.  Sun may 
no longer believe this to be the case, at which point the second part of 
that paragraph ("Any decision the OGB makes...") becomes invalid.
