The OGB members agreed at the start of our term to automatically canceling
the weekly meetings when 24 hours notice of a meeting wasn't given. I've
sent out notices a couple hours late before and we've gone ahead with them
anyways when no one objected, but I try to get them out by noon PST Tuesday
when I can. (Mostly Glynn & I have sent out the meeting agendas/notices,
not because that activity was delegated to the Vice Chair & Secretary, but
just because we're the ones who have stepped up to do so.)

I didn't call in since it sounded like enough members weren't going to be
able to make it that we were skipping it.
