FWIW, we never actually formally voted on the minutes - I did send them out to ogb-private first in consideration of the other members. The reason I opted for more last year to was increase transparency as much as possible. Less would probably be more readable, and less work on Michelle's behalf, and with a recording there's probably not much need to do more (which is different to most open source community boards - so feel special! :) Otherwise, your proposal looks good Simon.
