Hi Simon,
    Looks great.  My only issue is with point 4.2.  While I 
enthusiastically support a "deadline" for private conversations to be 
made public, I worry that deadlining it in only 2 meetings after the 
*start* of the discussion is too soon.  Does that provide enough time 
for reasonable conversation between the OGB, and any other third party 
we would be discussing with?  If it's a legal case, it may involve 
lawyers, etc. and we've seen from the branding/trademark discussion of 
the previous OGB (which, granted probably did draw on unnecessarily 
long) that some discussions will be more than 2 meetings long.
