I know I'm not OGB, but having some background in this area I have to 
agree with Steve. 
One thing you may want to add is that when you're discussing these 
matters that you post the reason for the discussion in the open but then 
hold the discussion in closed session.  You don't have to be totally 
descriptive if doing so would create a problem, i.e. if you're talking 
about legal problems with company XYZ, then you disclose that you're 
discussing "legal matters related to company A" (and don't disclose the 
company), or "discussions related to mailling list infractions" (without 
disclosing who or what they are).  Once the decision is made, posting it 
or approving of it in the open is necessary, and there may be cases 
(rare) where you can't disclose it after that (legal actions for example 
that haven't concluded).

Just a thought from my previous experience.
