Let's ask this then: who updated the main page on opensolaris.org, and
on whose authority was he or she acting?  It couldn't have been the
project team because project teams aren't authorized to do it (they
have their own pages which they can edit, of course).  It certainly
wasn't the OGB.  The only reasonable conclusion is that someone acting
on Sun's behalf did so utilising the fact that Sun owns the servers
that host it.

In the spirit of your desire to name individuals rather than just
saying "Sun" I did, using my site editor privileges, poke around the
web site looking for any kind of audit log or record that would
provide a concrete answer to this question.  I was somewhat surprised
not to find one, so I don't actually know.  But I would be interested
in hearing from the individual who made the update, and to know the
authority under which that individual believed he or she was acting.
