So that suggests this question: Does the use of that title fall under "affairs of the OpenSolaris Community"? I would argue yes, and that therefore the way forward (speculating, for a moment, that the OGB probably will not grant that status to Indiana) will be for Sun to lobby the OpenSolaris community to amend the constitution.
