I can think of one case in recent times where the team said "we're out of time, you're out of time, approve us!" (They didn't get their way.) And it could happen elsewhere. Thus what matters is that the OpenSolaris ARC be able to insist on de novo review, no matter how much review the team has had inside Sun or MegaloCorp. Nico --
