It is plain from public records that I been involved in this community
since it was first launched in 2005.

In that time, and even through all of the things I have read, I have
never felt that these were resolved.

In addition, if these issues were truly resolved then why did we
recently have disagreements over who can control website content?

Recent events prove that these issues are not as resolved as you
purport them to be.

#1 -- I am not employed by Sun nor is Solaris part of my day job

#2 -- My views are my own and not those of anyone else

#3 -- I expected better of you than name calling as a resolution to discussion

I wasn't aware that asking questions about issues that clearly have
not been resolved in a reasonable manner was "FUD."

By your own admission, much of this "resolution" is not a matter of
public record.

As a result, I reject your claims as falsehood.
