Based on last year's vote it was challenging enough to get the vote out,
when half the voters weren't in the middle of changing their registered
e-mail address during the election. This year's timing is unfortunately
especially bad there (though it wasn't predictable until after the
schedule was set) so extra effort would be a good thing.
