We haven't said when the meeting ends. The constitution doesn't say
anything on the duration or end of any meeting; the timetable just
gives the start date. (The home page says "until" but I'm reading that
as "until at least".) Close of voting seems to be a natural time to end the
meeting. And it's just an IRC channel that's always there anyway - we
don't need to do anything to keep it going.

So, yes, having a small set of times when candidates could be
available would be an excellent idea (and attendance is optional,
of course - not everyone will be able to make it or finds IRC a natural
environment).
