I think it has possibilities, but the character generation is definitely a
problem.

Ryan, would WotC consider an alternative license for the d20 Trademark on an
individual basis for licensees with an existing fanbase like Traveller?  So
long as it drove the sales model sufficiently, I think it would be worth
considering.
