Welcome. No, there isn't a more printable form, just the HTML on the OGF
web site. It is easy enough to make one though. And no, there is no formal
release data, but I am sure that Ryan is just as eager as we are to get this
thing approved and put to rest. He has been burning the midnight oil on it
for months now.
