There is no date set, as yet. Ryan says "soon", which could mean damn
near any thing. My money is on some time in mid December.
Roughly 24 hours after it is released I'll turn my version of it loose on
the world, one of which will be a "print friendly" version. Advance
warning, it will be a couple of hundred pages, based on what the PH was.
