I guess I missed where you see that. Sure, Craft is a class skill for them;
but it's a class skill for EVERY class. And there's a fatal flaw for
Fringers as techs: Repair is NOT a class skill for them. AND Repair cannot
be used untrained. So they'll be limited as techs. And that seems more than
a little odd, because one of their class benefits (at Level 4) is Jury-Rig,
a +2 (or more) bonus on repair checks. That's the only case I know where you
have to buy a cross-class skill to use one of your class benefits.
