The reason I keep them is that some people are just better at learning things than others. The class, cross-class skill mechanic is a nice and convenient way to represent that. Plus you don't have to reinvent it and have people learn a new mechanic. As odd as that sounds while taking away classes, and in my case levels as well. :-) Have Fun, Darren
